Where do you ship to?

All of our products are currently available for shipping within the continental United States.

When will my order/item arrive?

Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Large in-stock furniture items will ship in 2-4 weeks. Any back ordered items display the estimated date of restock on your order confirmation which are subject to change. Estimated back order dates do not reflect shipping and processing time; please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for your item to ship. If you require specific timeline information, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Please note: You may receive multiple deliveries per order. Delays in shipping and delivery with our third-party partners can happen for various reasons and are unfortunately beyond our control.
As we continue to navigate shipping difficulties and supply chain issues associated with the wake of Covid-19, please note that ship dates are estimates only. We continue to aim to ship orders in a timely manner, however shipping windows may be extended and are not guaranteed to be delivered when expected. In addition, with local and state guidelines changing daily, our carrier may be unable to enter your residence and perform white glove delivery. In the case you reside in one of the impacted areas the driver will still perform non-contact, to the door service

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping fees are calculated by total order weight. Once you have placed your items into the cart, proceed to the checkout to view your order shipping fee.


What is your return policy?

We do not accept product returns unless the item was damaged in shipping. We thoughtfully curate all products on our site from many sources that we trust will portray our signature Gingerwood style. We encourage you to thoroughly read our product descriptions, measure your space, and reach out to us with any questions at prior to making your purchase so we can help ensure you have all the information you need to make your purchase.


Unfortunately, damages can occur during shipping. We apologize if this happens to you and share your frustrations. If you receive your item and it is damaged please email us within 48 hours of receipt at with photos of the damaged item, your packing slip and your order number. We will happily file a claim and process a replacement or a refund for the item that you received. We reserve the right to make repairs using a reputable local furniture doctor, at our discretion, prior to issuing a return authorization. Please do not discard the item(s). Refunds for damaged items will be processed back to the original form of payment.
