Gingerwood, a family operated Austin design studio established in 2010, quickly transitioned into a turn-key Design + Build firm providing premier design services with in-house top-quality general contractors. We built Gingerwood on the belief that there’s a big difference between a house and a home. That’s why we sweat the details and take the time to understand the needs of every person (and pet) that we work with.
We believe that a sense of home is foundational to human happiness and that every home deserves to be beautiful - and can be. Gingerwood Adorn, our online shop is driven by this belief, offering a curated collection of furniture, lighting, decor and more. Adorn fosters a sense of simplicity and beauty to the timeless collection, making any house feel more like home.

With more than 50 years of combined industry experience, Amanda and her team have created beautifully innovated spaces for prominent clients including Fortune 500 leaders, oil investors, venture capitalists, professional athletes, celebrities, and urban families to customize and personalize their homes.
